Hello, It's Me Shipping Policy

Free shipping eligibility:

• U.S. Domestic shipping only
• Product total (before tax) must be equal to or greater than $50.00 USD.
• Orders are limited to up to 10 items maximum.
• Orders with a quantity of 10 or more physical journals in the cart are not eligible for free shipping. To order a quantity of 10 or more, please email hello@helloitsme.world and reference bulk order.

Additional Information:

We currently only ship to the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING

• Please note: We are not currently experiencing exceptional delays in order processing and shipping.  However, the current environment has resulted in unique situations within our warehouse that may result in processing delays.  Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday only. We know you're excited to receive your Money Mindset Journal, and we are doing our best to get it to you as quickly as possible!  We appreciate your patience during this time.

• Your order will ship after all the items included are available to ship, including pre-order items.

• Orders shipping to multiple addresses within one order are ineligible for free shipping.

• USPS standard and free shipping: Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday. Any order placed by 11:00 am Mountain Standard Time should be shipped within 1- 3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.
